In accordance with our Quality Policy, it is the responsibility of our management to provide resources and ensure the participation of all our employees in order to maintain and continuously develop the Quality Management System established by the work of all our employees in our organization.

Our organization’s inspection activities are carried out in accordance with the principles of impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality and reliability.

It is mandatory for INCOMAR personnel to comply with all documents included in the Quality Management System.

INCOMAR declares that it will perform all inspection services to be provided within the framework of ISO 9001:2015 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standards in accordance with all other relevant standards, norms and determined accreditation systems within the scope of the service, that it will continue by assuming all responsibility for the inspection activities and that it will not compromise on this service approach. It shall carry out the inspection works in accordance with the principles of competence, impartiality, independence and accuracy, in a way that will respond to the needs of its customers, laws and regulations, legal authorities or organizations, INCOMAR managers and personnel are free from all kinds of administrative, commercial, financial and technical internal and external pressures and effects and will definitely be kept away from such connections and will not engage in any activity that will jeopardize the inspection services, inspection personnel work for a fixed fee, the fee they receive is not related to the number of inspections, inspection procedures are carried out in a way that the inspection results cannot be interfered with by persons or organizations other than INCOMAR, INCOMAR is responsible for creating the necessary financial, technological and human resource opportunities, confidential information, reports, test and calibration results and registered rights of customers will be protected, suggestions, complaints and objections will be evaluated, the personnel will be prevented from engaging in any activity that will create distrust, within the framework of these conditions, TC. INCOMAR, which meets the minimum criteria of the Type B International Inspection Company, ISO 9001:2015 and Type A-Third Party Inspection Organization stipulated in Annex A of the Ministry of Economy 2015-24, undertakes to ensure that all these are secured, to turn these risks into opportunities by adopting risk-based thinking and to ensure that the effectiveness of the system continues in this way.
