ECTN for Chad can be issued with a stamped copy of Bill of Loading and a commercial invoice of the goods. According to Chad Customs Regulations, all shipments destined to Chad requires a ECTN waiver. According to Chad Laws and regulations, the authorised person must validate ECTN for Chad at the latest 5 days before the vessel’s arrival to the destination.

According to the law Cameroon introduced for tracking the transport costs, security and transportation of the goods; all shipments destined to or from Cameroon requires the ECTN to be established. ECTN can be issued with the stamped copy of Bill of Loading and a commercial invoice of the goods. ETCN must be presented within 5 days after the departure and/or 5 days prior to the arrival. Shipments without ECTN results in a fine of an amount that is equivalent to the cost of ECTN in addition to a penalty charge determined by CNSC.

By 2010, all freights destined towards Benin must accompany BESC certificates. According to Benin Regulations, vessel’s arrival without BESC results in a penalty fine in addition to certificate costs and no clearance for the shipment.

According to Burkina Faso Customs Regulations, all shipments destined to Burkina Faso should be accompanied by an ECTN application. The ECTN should be obtained within 5 days after the departure and/or 5 days prior to arrival of the vessel. Shipments without ECTN or false information within ECTN results in a fine of an amount that is equivalent to the cost of the ECTN in addition to a regulation charge determined by customs officials.

According to a new law introduced by the Republic of Congo for tracking the transport costs, security and transportation of the goods, the exporter/importer or a representative must obtain the ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) for all shipments destined to or from Republic of Congo. ECTN Certificate can be obtained with the stamped copy of Bill of Loading and a commercial invoice of goods. Shipments or arrival without ECTN results in a fine of an amount that is equivalent to the cost of the ECTN in addition to a penalty charge determined by CCC.

ECTN requirement initiated by December 19, 2011 following a ministerial decree. Getting an ICTN (International Cargo Tracking Note) number and making ACD declaration is mandatory for all freights heading towards the Republic of Guinea.

BSC requirements initiated by a ministerial decree on October 24, 2011. According to this law, all cargo shipped to Ivory Coast obliged to obtain a cargo tracking note (certificate).
